The AOO Energy (Denbigh) Corp. was established to allow the AOO to enter into a partnership agreement with project proponent to submit an application under the Province of Ontario’s Large Renewable Energy Procurement (LRP) program. Although the application was not successful through the Ontario Ministry of Energy approval process, this corporation has been retained so that the appropriate structures are place to meet the needs related to future economic endeavors.
